BITUMEN MASTICS - Bitumen mastics constitute the bulk of the membranes specified in a variety of service conditions except in the case of high temperature and solvent based environments.
MASTICS LINERS - Mastic compound is mainly used as an impermeable inter-liner with acid resisting brick/tile lining on floors, tanks, drains, sumps. It can also be applied, as open mastic flooring, where diluted chemicals are to be handled and traffic is not very high.
ACID RESISTANT EPOXIES - Acid resistant coating is used more in a technical sense with superior characteristics & results. The protective film thickness typically can range from 50 to 500 microns and rarely a 1000 micron thickness is specified due to the other service demands.
FLAKE LININGS - Flake Lining is a coating, consisting of glass-reinforced vinyl ester. The material has a very high chemical resistance and may also resist condensing sulfuric acidic gas. A preventive surface protection that will save maintenance costs.
RUBBER LININGS - The principal benefits of rubber lining are its excellent resistance to corrosive and abrasive chemicals and materials, e.g. acids, alkalis, salt water, slurries, sand, shotblast media, crushed rock etc. In addition rubber linings provide other benefits including noise and vibration reduction, electrical and thermal insulation and product protection. The rubber can be applied as either unvulcanised material which is then vulcanised and hot bonded – usually in a steam autoclave; or as pre vulcanised material which is cold bonded using two part adhesives. The fully bonded lining provides a durable and resilient protective rubber coating that will withstand very aggressive process conditions and applications.
