Our tiles are exclusively manufactured for being extremely durable Industrial Tiles. The compressive strength of industrial tiles is several times higher than that of reinforced concrete. Manufactured using special non-ferrous clays, processed and fired at ultra-high temperatures of 11700 c - 12000 c, this process causes the raw materials to fuse and form a compact mass with a low water absorption of less than 0.5% resulting in the formation of a very strong body with a flexural strength greater than 38 N/mm2 , solid through color, fade proof with a very hard surface Mohs hardness of >7. Our tiles conform to IS - 4457 for acid / alkali resistant applications and relevant EN/ASTM/DIN standards.
L1000 - L2000:- Our L1000 & L2000 series is designed for low to medium traffic areas where heavy foot traffic and medium trolley movement occur. It is also extensively used in wet areas due to its good traction resistant properties, processing & packaging areas and places where a fast, hygienic & durable floor is required.
L3000 - L4000:- Our L3000 & L4000 series is best suited for medium to high traffic areas subject to heavy forklift / trolley movements and high dynamic loads. It is extensively used in high abrasion areas, oil/grease/chemical spillage zones, gangways & production floors where a heavy duty, durable, low-maintenance floor is required.
